Zip World rolls out summer savings as part of Government-backed Great British Summer Savings scheme
UK adventure giant, Zip World, is encouraging families to swap screen time for ‘scream time’ this summer, as it launches its biggest summer offer yet, designed to make outdoor adventure more accessible during the school holidays.
As part of the Government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, summer prices have been lowered following the temporary VAT cut, with savings passed on across Zip World’s range of adventures, alongside additional reductions on selected experiences.
From 25th June, visitors will see reduced rates across a range of adrenaline-filled experiences, from world-famous zip lines to underground trampolines.
The biggest savings can be seen on Velocity, the world’s fastest zip line, where visitors can save up to £25 per person, with summer prices now starting from just £99, down from £124.
Zip World is also offering free kids’ meals for children aged 12 and under at its on-site food outlets, helping families get even more out of their time together this summer.
Andrew Hudson, CEO at Zip World said: “Summer is one of the most important times for families to spend quality time together, and we know people are looking for ways to make core memories together without overspending in the current climate.
“We recognise that, and this offer builds on the Great British Summer Savings scheme to help families swap screen time for something more active and memorable. We want to give people more reasons to try something new outdoors or come back for another adventure, with added value through things like free kids’ meals.”
The initiative comes as families look for more affordable ways to spend time together, with Zip World encouraging people to find new ways to enjoy the outdoors this summer.
The summer offer will be available across all eight Zip World locations including London, Manchester, Cardiff, North Wales and Windermere.
